The challenge
How do you compete in Ghana's tourism industry from 4,000 miles away?
A Ghanaian native based in the US saw diaspora travelers struggling to find authentic experiences but launching a credible tourism business remotely, with no local office, no existing reputation, and no operational infrastructure, seemed impossible. Established operators had decades of presence. She had a vision and a laptop.
Our Approach
We built the entire operational backbone, brand, platform, and admin systems that would let one person run a competitive tourism business from another continent.
