Secured major tech press coverage as "the platform fixing Africa's events industry"
The Challenge
Eventpark was entering a fragmented $20 billion African events market as a new SaaS platform. Before building their product, they needed a brand that could immediately establish credibility with potential investors, early vendors, and event organizers in a space dominated by informal, analog processes.
Our Approach
We built Eventpark's brand identity around a dual positioning strategy:
Trust & Professionalism – to attract serious investors, vendors, and enterprise clients
Celebration & Community – to capture the energy and humanity at the heart of every event
At the center of the system is a radial 'E' – a gathering symbol inspired by community clusters and gift-wrapping ribbons. This flexible mark anchors a dynamic visual identity that works across pitch decks, marketing materials, and future product touchpoints.
The system includes:
Ribbon motif representing connection and flow
Confetti patterns for celebratory moments
Strategic color palette balancing trust (blues) with energy (vibrant accents)
Clean, modern typography for clarity and approachability
The Outcome
The brand identity positioned Eventpark as a credible player in the event-tech space, helping them secure $200,000 in pre-seed funding from experienced Nigerian entrepreneurs, including Chris Ubosi, founder of Megaletrics media company. Within months of the brand launch, they were featured in TechPoint Africa, one of the continent's leading tech publications.
The platform is currently in development, with plans to launch fully and expand across Africa by 2026.
